Westlite Tampoi is a newly opened purpose built workers accommodation strategically located in Tampoi, one of the established industrial zones in Iskandar Malaysia. Based within close proximity to the manufacturing facilities of several renowned Japanese brands and major multinational electronics manufacturers, comprising 6 blocks of five-storey worker accommodation. The Group completed an Asset Enhancement Initiative with the development of three additional blocks on an adjoining land parcel. As of March 2023, Westlite Tampoi has a bedcount of approximately 5,790 beds.

For both Westlite Tampoi phase I and II, we have barber shop, canteen, clinic, games room, gymnasium, handphone retail shop, laundry, mini market, outdoor basketball, volleyball and badminton courts, prayer rooms, quarantine rooms with air-con, reading rooms, sheltered recreation area and sickbays.
